Our Approach
We call upon elected officials to lead with courage, protect democratic institutions,
and place the Constitution and the public good above partisan or personal interests.
We call upon our community to stand together in defense of democracy, listen
with respect, participate in elections, and protect the rights and freedoms of all.
As a nonpartisan organization, we highlight ethical leadership, accountability, and
constitutional principles. We seek knowledge and understanding to advance solutions,
and we model how concerned individuals can work collaboratively to strengthen
democracy.
We invite our community to join us in this movement that promotes awareness and participation in the democratic process.

We are a nonpartisan alliance of women leaders in Colorado, united in our commitment to safeguard democracy, uphold the U.S. Constitution, and defend the rule of law. Through ethical leadership, we seek to foster public trust and inspire principled action.
